I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ONLINE BEFORE - IS IT SAFE?
Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your bank details on our web server. We only accept EFT or cheque payments for online transactions, alternatively become an account customer and receive 30 days credit just by simply filling out our credit application form.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
That’s easy – just browse through our products and if you see something you want to buy, select the product details button select the colour size or quantity and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can proceed to check out.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART?
After you ‘Add to Cart’, the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the ‘View Basket’ button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on ‘remove’ and then update, or change the amount just by typing the number of units required, then update.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Checking out is easy: Go to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘View Basket’ button to review your order. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button and follow the instructions. You will need to know your contact details, delivery address and billing address. If you don’t want to pay online, you will be given different payment options to choose from.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order via bank transfer (EFT) or by Bank cheque or company cheque, or just call us on the phone to pay via credit card.
WHY CAN'T I PAY ONLINE?
Because we do not keep all items in our warehouse, we sometimes need to confirm that we are able to get the products in or sometimes we can substitute for a similar brand and need to confirm with you first. This way if the total price is different to the online price it saves us giving credits or you overpaying.
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you don’t receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please call 02 9675 5250 or send an email to accounts@riggerimports.com.au before placing another order.
